摘　　要：阐述了我国消防行政补偿制度的现状,梳理了消防法律法规有关消防行政补偿的规定,分析了其存在的问题,对消防行政补偿范围进行了较深入地分析,并提出了相应的建议,对完善我国消防行政补偿制度具有参考价值。This paper expounds the status quo of the fire administrative compensation system in China,sorts out the rules of the fire administrative compensation,analyses the existing problems with it,makes an in-depth analysis about the scope of the fire administrative compensation,and then puts forward the corresponding proposals.This paper provides some references for the fire administrative compensation system in China.
