摘　　要：目的:介绍和评价抗感冒药的临床应用。方法:查阅并分析近年来国内有关抗感冒药临床应用文献,阐述了抗感冒药主要组成成分、临床选用及特殊人群使用。结果:应根据感冒患者的临床症状选用含有相应治疗成分的药物,用药前需仔细阅读药品说明书,特别是适应证、用法用量、禁忌证及不良反应等。结论:需重视抗感冒药合理应用,避免药品不良反应。OBJECTIVE： To introduce and evaluate the clinical use of anti-cold drugs.METHODS： The domestic medical literature about clinical use of anti-cold drugs in recent years were reviewed and analyzed,and the drug compositions,clinical choice of the drugs and their use in special population were expounded.RESULTS： The anti-cold drugs should be chosen based on the clinical symptoms of the patients and the package inserts of the drugs should be read carefully before drug use with a special attention paid to indication,administration and dosage,contraindications and adverse drug reactions etc.CONCLUSION： Great attention should be paid to the rational use of anti-cold drugs to avoid the occurrence of adverse drug reaction.
