摘　　要：目的:了解长江流域6城市2006—2008年选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂类(SSRI)抗抑郁药应用状况及变化趋势。方法:采用限定日剂量为指标,对长江流域6城市157家医院2006—2008年临床应用的抗抑郁药的数据资料进行统计分析,对用药金额和用药频度(DDDs)进行排序。结果:城市抗抑郁药的总用药金额逐年增长,在2008年和2007年分别较上一年增长了23.20%和21.13%,总DDDs在2008年和2007年分别较上一年增长了19.96%和21.43%。帕罗西汀、氟西汀、舍曲林始终位于市场前列。结论:SSRI类抗抑郁药用量增幅明显,新型抗抑郁药如艾斯西酞普兰等市场前景广阔。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the status quo and tendency of the utilization of SSRI antidepressants in 6 cities along Yangtze River valley during the period 2006-2008.METHODS： The SSRI antidepressants used in 157 hospitals in 6 cities along Yangtze River valley during the period 2006-2008 were analyzed statistically with regard to the order in consumption sum and DDDs by using defined daily dose as index.RESULTS： The total consumption sum of the antidepressants in the 6 cities increased year on year,an increase of 23.20% in 2008 and 21.13% in 2007 over the previous year,and the total DDDs increased by 19.96% in 2008 and 21.43% in 2007,respectively over the previous year.Paroxetine,Fluoxetine and Sertraline took the lead in consumption all the time.CONCLUSION： The consumption amount of antidepressants increased significantly and the market of the new antidepressants such as Escit-alopram is promising.
