摘　　要：目的:全面了解解放军总医院骨科关节置换术围术期镇痛药的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对我院2007—2009年骨科关节置换术患者围术期应用镇痛药的品种、消耗量、用药金额和用药频度等进行统计、分析。结果:我院骨科2007—2009年关节置换术围术期镇痛药的用量、金额呈逐年上升趋势。连续3年DDDs排序前2位的药品均为双氯芬酸钠双释放肠溶胶囊和枸橼酸芬太尼注射液。结论:我院骨科关节置换术围术期镇痛药应用基本合理。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the perioperative use of analgesics for patients undergoing joint replacement in our hospital so as to provide references for clinical rational drug use.METHODS： The perioperative use of analgesics for patients undergoing joint replacement in our hospital from 2007 to 2009 was analyzed statistically with regard to the drug varieties,consumption amount,consumption sum and DDDs.RESULTS： Both the consumption amount and the consumption sum of analgesics for patients undergoing joint replacement in our hospital from 2007 to 2009 increased year on year.The top two drugs in terms of DDDs over the three years were Diclofenac Sodium dual release enteric-coated capsules and Fentanyl Citrate injections.CONCLUSION： The perioperative use of analgesics for patients undergoing joint replacement in our hospital was basically rational.
