摘  要:目的:为临床合理选用抗菌药物提供参考。方法:调取2010年1—6月抗菌药物使用金额及临床分离的主要病原菌,对常用抗菌药物的耐药性进行分析和统计。结果:头孢菌素类、青霉素类、大环内酯类、氟喹诺酮类是医院抗感染的主要品种,主要病原菌前5位是凝固酶阴性的葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌,对常用抗菌药物的耐药性均较高。结论:抗菌药物的使用率与细菌耐药率呈正相关,合理使用抗菌药物及正确选用药物种类进行药敏试验对抗感染治疗有着积极的意义。OBJECTIVE: To provide references for clinical rational use of antibiotics.METHODS: The data including the consumption sum of antibiotics and the main pathogens clinically isolated in the first half year of 2010 were collected for statistical analysis with regard to the bacterial resistance to commonly used antibiotics.RESULTS: Cephalosporins,penicillins,macrolides and fluoroquinolones were the main anti-infective therapies in our hospital.The top five pathogens were coagulase negative staphylococcus,escherichia coli,pseudomonas aeruginosa,acinetobacter baumannii and staphylococcus aureus,which were highly resistant to commonly used antibiotics.CONCLUSION: The utilization frequency of antibiotics is positively correlated to bacterial resistance.Rational use and proper choice of categories of antibiotics and drug susceptibility test are of positive value for the anti-infective treatment.
