摘  要:用普通退火炉对0Cr17Re不锈钢冷轧板进行热处理试验,并对其力学性能和组织进行观察和测试。结果表明:稀土加入后,形成稀土复合化合物,可明显改善晶粒度,净化组织;退火温度在800~860℃时,基体组织均为铁素体,退火速度和退火温度对0Cr17Re伸长率影响不大。退火温度低时,退火速度的降低,可提高强度,改善其伸长率;退火温度高时,提高退火速度,可防止晶粒长大,改善材料力学性能。该不锈钢的最佳退火工艺为退火温度830℃以上,退火速度8~12 m/min。Heat treatment of the cold-rolled 0Cr17Re stainless steel plate was carried out using general annealing furnace,and its microstructure and mechanical properties were observed and tested.The results show that the formation of Re complex compounds,significant improvement in grain size and microstructure purification are resulted from the addition of element Re.At annealing temperature of 800-860 ℃,the matrix phase is ferrite,and the annealing speed and temperature have little effect on the elongation.The annealing speed is reduced properly to enhance its strength and the elongation at low annealing temperature;the annealing speed can be increased to prevent grain growth and improve the mechanical properties of stainless steel at high annealing temperature.Therefore,the optimal annealing process for the stainless steel is that the annealing temperature and the annealing speed are above 830 ℃ and 8-12 m/min,respectively.
