摘　　要：结合现今办公自动化系统的需求，完整的分析了工作流各个关键环节，并且在此基础上结合功能强大的LotusDomino／Notes体系结构为平台，它具备单独的架构基础的文档数据库和Email系统，另外它的自动化Web服务、应用和开发环境非常适合开发现代化的办公自动化系统，以某大学虚拟办公系统为例，做出了系统设计和网络拓扑结构规划，最终实现办公自动化系统设计。With the demand of nowadays office automation system,completely analysis each key link of the work flow, and chose Lotus the Domino/Notes architecture to be the platform who had the sole construction documents database and the electronic mail system,automated and the standard Web service,the application and development environment.Take some university hypothesized work system as the example,has made the system design and the network topology plan,and finish the office automation system design finally.
