摘 要:基于溢油与海冰、水、大气的相互作用原理,建立了渤海结冰海区溢油行为数值模式。该模式模拟了结冰海区中油膜的输运过程,与国外有关模式相比更加重观冰场和冰速场的作用。海冰及潮流模式采用被实况检验过的渤海海冰数值预报模式。数值试验结果表明,本数值模式正确地描述了冰区溢油在扩展、漂移过程中对风场、潮流场、冰场、尤其对冰密集度的敏感性。该模式为及时清除溢油、进行溢油灾害评估及保护海洋环境等提供了可靠的依据。The numerical model on the behaviour of oil spill in ice-infested waters in the BohaiSea described here consists of an oil slick transformation model, a surface current model, and asea ice model. The oil slick transformahon model simulatates the spilled slick transformation process,including drifting, spreading, evaPorahon, emulsificahon. A Lagrangian discrete-parcel algorithm isadopted. The sea ice and sur-face currnt modelling were undertaken using the sea ice fOrecastmodel of the Bohai Sea developed by Wang Renshu (1995), verified by observation data.The input data required by the computer model include locahon of spill, spill voIume or flowrate, oil physical-chemical properties, wind field and inihal sea ice field. The output information ofthe computer model includes time-dependent oil conatnated area traectory of center of oil massand hme-dependent oil physical-chemical properties. A numerical experiment on the behaviour of oiIsPills in ice-infested waters in the Bohai Sea was cdried out and discussed. The numericalexperiment showed that the model cormctly describes sensihvity to wind field and ice field. Themodel can be used to develop cleanup measures in the case of an actual spill and to assess likelyenvironmenta1 impacts of spills.
