摘 要:目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)水平对糖尿病肾病(DN)发病的影响。方法 ELISA法检测DN组(A组,20例)、T2DM组(B组,19例)、正常对照组(C组,16例)血清MIF、血管黏附蛋白1(VAP-1)水平,同时检测糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)和空腹血糖(FBG)。结果 A组MIF、VAP-1水平高于B组和C组(P<0.01),B组MIF水平高于C组(P<0.01)。A组MIF与VAP-1、FBG呈正相关,VAP-1与HbA1c、FBG呈正相关。B组中MIF与VAP-1、FBG呈正相关,VAP-1与FBG呈正相关。结论 DN患者MIF与VAP-1高表达是致肾脏功能损伤的因素之一;炎症因子的拮抗治疗对预防T2DM肾病发生发展有一定价值。Objective To investigate the effects of serum macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF) on diabetic nephropathy(DN) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).MethodsThe serum MIF and vascular adhesion protein-1(VAP-1) were detected by ELISA in T2DM patients with DN(group A,20 cases),T2DM patients(group B,19 cases) and healthy controls(group C,16 cases).The levels of glycosylated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c) and fasting plasma glucose(FBG) were examined as well.Results Serum levels of MIF and VAP-1 in group A was higher than those in groups of B and C(P0.01) and the level of MIF in group B was higher than that in group C(P0.01).The level of MIF was positively correlated with VAP-1 and FBG,and VAP-1 was positively correlated with HbA1c and FBG in group A.The level of MIF was positively correlated with VAP-1 and FBG,and VAP-1 was positively correlated with FBG in group B.Conclusion High expressions of MIF and VAP-1 are one of the factors to promote the damage of renal function in T2DM patients with DN.Anti-inflammatory therapy is valuable in the prevention and treatment of DN in T2DM patients.
