摘  要:为研究吗啡持续刺激对C57BL/6小鼠骨髓来源的树突状细胞成熟的影响。体外培养C57BL/6小鼠骨髓来源的树突状细胞,在培养过程中给予吗啡刺激,应用流式细胞术检测细胞表型CD11c、Ia、CD86的变化。吗啡干预各组树突状细胞中细胞表型CD11c、Ia、CD86表达较对照组显著升高。吗啡持续刺激能够促进小鼠树突状细胞的成熟。To investigate the effects of sustained morphine stimulation on the maturation of bone marrow derived dendritic cell(DC) and the expression of morphine receptor in mice.the primary C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow-derived dendritic cells of(4~6 weeks) were cultured in vitro,for 4 weeks and the cultivated cells were collected at 7 day after cultivation.The corresponding fluorescent antibody was then added.The changes of cell phenotypes of CD11c,Ia,CD86 molecules were detected by flow cytometry.The cells were collected at 7 th day and then the corresponding fluorescent antibody was added.The experimental result showed that the expressions of CD11c,Ia and CD86 of LPS+morphine groups of experiment were significantly increased compared with those of blank control and LPS control group(P0.01),but there were no significant differences between the LPS+morphine groups(P0.05).It suggests that sustained morphine stimulation can promote the maturation of mouse bone marrow-derived dendritic cells.
