摘　　要：目的 介绍鼻唇沟皮瓣在上唇缺损修复中的应用.方法 于缺损邻近部位沿皮纹方向设计鼻唇沟皮瓣,按设计线切开皮肤,形成皮瓣,推进或者旋转转移修复皮肤缺损,以7-0无损伤缝线缝合.结果 皮瓣全部成活,切口Ⅰ期愈合.15例获随访3～12个月.上唇形态满意,局部平整,切口瘢痕不明显,无＂猫耳＂畸形产生.结论 鼻唇沟皮瓣修复上唇缺损,简单易行,效果可靠,能达到良好的美学效果,是一种较为理想的修复方法.Objective To evaluate the application of nasolabial flap in repair of upper lip defect. Methods The nasolabial flap was designed adjacent to the defective area and corresponding to the natural winkle lines. The skin was cut along the designed incision line to form a nasolabial flap, then the flap was advanced or rotated to cover the upper lip defect. The incision was closed with 7-0 suture. Results All flaps survived with primary healing postoperatively. After 3 to 12 months following up in 15 cases, all were satisfied with the upper lip contour, concealed scar and non dog-ear deformity. Conclusion It is a simple and reliable method to repair the upper lip defects with satisfied esthetic results.
