大连市未婚青年女性乳房形态测量

摘　　要：目的 通过了解大连市未婚青年女性乳房形态基本数据,为女性乳房整形手术提供参考和依据.方法 采用直尺、角尺等简单工具,测量大连市91例未婚青年女性志愿者的身高、体质量、体质量指数、胸乳线、锁乳线、乳房高度Ⅰ、乳房高度Ⅱ、乳晕直径等项目.计算各测量指标（±s）并进行相关性分析和多因素逐步回归分析.结果 研究显示大连未婚青年女性胸乳线、锁乳线、乳房高度Ⅰ、乳房高度Ⅱ、乳晕直径的（±s）分别为：（19.136±1.272）cm,（19.773±1.459）cm,（5.444±1.034）cm,（7.400±1.213）cm,（2.920±0.688）cm.体质量、体质量指数与胸乳线、锁乳线、乳房高度Ⅰ、乳房高度Ⅱ、乳晕直径之间呈正相关,具有统计学意义;身高与胸乳线、锁乳线、乳房高度Ⅱ之间呈正相关,具有统计学意义;而身高与乳房高度Ⅰ、乳晕直径的相关性分析在该样本中无统计学意义.提出了正确计算胸乳线、锁乳线、乳房高度Ⅰ、乳房高度Ⅱ、乳晕直径的回归方程式.结论 未婚青年女性的乳房形态基本数据可以为乳房整形手术的术前设计和术后效果评估提供参考依据.Objective To understand some basic data of breasts of unmarried young women to provide references for female mammoplasty. Methods Ninety-one volunteers from unmarried young Dalian woman aged from 18 to 25 years were collected and simple tools such as ruler and angle ruler were used to measure indexes, including body height, weight, BMI, midsurprasterual-nipple breadth, midclavicle-nipple breadth, height of breast I , height of breast Ⅱ , diameter of the areola. The mean and standard deviation of the measurement indexes were calculated and correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis were made. Results The mean and standard deviation of midsurprasternal-nipple breadth, midclavicle-nipple breadth, height of breast I , height of breast Ⅱ and diameter of the areola were as follows： （ 19. 136 ± 1. 272） cm, （19.773±1.459） cm, （5.444±1.034） cm, （7.400±1.213） cm, （2.920±0.688） cm. Weight, BMI had a positive correlation with midsurprasternal-nipple breadth, midelavicle-nipple breadth, height of breast I , height of breast Ⅱ and diameter of the areola; height had a positive correlation with midsurprasternal-nipple breadth, midelaviele-nipple breadth and height of breast Ⅱ , but height had not statistical significance compared with height of breast I and diameter of the areola. The right regression equation on calculating midsurprasternalnipple breadth, midelaviele-nipple breadth, height of breast I , height of breast Ⅱ and diameter of the areola were raised. Conclusion The results will be helpful in understanding the breast size of unmarried young women and the designing of mammoplasty.
