摘　　要：本文通过对查新档案数字化管理、查新报告数据库建立的必要性和可行性的论述。探讨了实现查新工作的科学化和规范化管理．提高查新工作的质量和水平的具体方法，为查新信息的数据挖掘奠定了理论基础。This paper discussed the necessity and feasibility of the digital management of sci-tech novelty retrieval file and the establishing of novelty search reports database. Investigated the specific method of achieving a scientific and specification management, enhancing the quality and level ofsci-tech novelty retrieval. Established a base for the data mining of novelty search information.
