摘　　要：考虑到在现有的一些文献中，对于小展弦比升力面理论的论述不够严密，所以对此又作了仔细地演绎．It is not well knit that the small ratio wing theory used to calculate hydrodynamic force acted on the ship discussed in some paper published.This theory is carefully deduced once again in this paper.
