207例剖宫产患者围术期抗菌药物应用分析

摘　　要：目的了解我院剖宫产围术期应用抗菌药物情况,旨在为临床合理用药提供依据。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对我院2010年6月至2010年11月207例剖宫产患者应用抗菌药物的情况进行统计、分析。结果 207例剖宫产患者围术期抗菌药物应用率为100%,给药途径均采用静脉滴注,疗程3～8d,抗菌药物应用频率最高的是头孢替安,单用抗菌药物31例(14.97%);二联176例,术前给药2例,占0.97%,术后100%用药。结论我院剖宫产患者围术期抗菌药物预防应用存在不合理之处,主要表现在药物的选择、给药时机不当及用药时间过长,应按围术期抗菌药物应用原则加以干预。Objective To investigate the situation of antibaterial agents utilization during perioperative period in cesarean section cases,and provide basis for rational use of drugs in clinical work. Methods 207 cases were retrieved form cesarean secting patients discharged form our hospital during Jun.2010 to Nov.2010,whose data wewe subjected to ststistical analysis. Results The 207 cases of cesarean section patients with perioperative use of antibaterial agents was 100%.The route of adminstration was intravenous drip,3 to 8 days for one course of treatment,most frequently used antibaterial was Cefotiam,single antibaterial use had 31 cases（14.98%）,two combination used 176 cases（85.02%）,preoperative administration of prevention had 2 cases,accounting for 0.97%,100% after delivery.Conclusion There is irrational prophylactic use of antibacterials for cesarean section patients during perioperative period in this hospital,and primary problems are the inappropriate drugs select,timing of medication and over prolonged use of the drugs,so some necessary adjustment should be made according to relevant principles of application of antibaterials.
