摘　　要：目的观察局部刺络放血治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效。方法将62例类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。分别给予局部刺络放血及药物治疗,观察其疗效并进行对比分析。结果治疗组总有效率为71.9,对照组总有效率为53.3,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论病变关节刺络放血是治疗类风湿性关节炎的有效方法之一。Objective To observe the effect of the treatmen of rheumatoid arthritis by Local Blood-letting puncture.Methods The 62 cases of rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the treatmeat group was treated with local blood-letting puncture in articular lesions and the control group was treated wih drug.Then the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and comparative analysed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 71.9%,and the control group was 53.3%,and there was statistic significance between the two groups.Conclusion The treament of local-puncture wih intercostals row acupuncture is one of the effective methods for intercostals nerves neuralgia.
