摘 要:研究了用于固体氧化物电解池(solid oxide electrolysis cell,SOEC)密封材料的Ba-Ca-Si-Al体系的基本物理性能,及其与铁素体钢连接体界面稳定性的问题,重点研究该玻璃体系与连接体材料在氧化气氛下的界面反应情况。该体系密封材料的玻璃结晶温度在780℃左右,玻璃软化点约为750℃。在20~700℃内,基础玻璃的热膨胀系数均值为9.25×10^(-6)K^1,能很好满足密封SOEC的基本要求。在工作温度下,在氧化气氛下烧结3h后没有出现裂纹。在密封玻璃和连接体的界面两侧未发现明显地相互扩散的现象,在界面处没有扩散反应发生;在靠近界面的玻璃中有很多细小的BaAl_2Si_2O_8晶相生成,且随着保温时间的增加,该晶体含量有所增加,其起到了阻止界面两侧元素相互扩散的作用,提高了密封材料与连接体间界面的稳定性。A Ba-Ca-Si-Al system sealing material was used in solid oxide electrolysis electrolytic cell(SOEC).The physical properties of the glass and the interface stability between the glass and ferritic steel connectors were investigated.The interface reactions between the glass systems and connects material under the oxidation atmosphere were analyzed.The results by differential scanning calorimetry show that the crystallization temperature is 780℃and the glass softening point is 750℃.In the range of 20-700℃,the thermal expansion coefficient of bulk glass is 9.25×10^(-6)K^(-1),meeting the requirement in SOEC.In oxidizing atmosphere after 3h of heat treatment,the bonding behavior and interface reactions between the glass and connectors occurred.It was found that the glass and connectors bonded without any cracks and diffusion in the interface.Also,there existed small BaAl_2Si_2O_8 crystals near the interface in the glass side.The crystal content increased with increasing the holding time.The crystal phase was BaAl_2Si_2O_8,which prevented the elements spread to another side and improved the stability of the sealing material.
