摘  要:在Y_2O_3-Al_2O_3-SiO_2-Li_2O-K_2O-Na_2O基质玻璃中掺入Ce,经过不同温度热处理,制备出白光LED用Ce:Y_3Al_5O_(12)(Ce:YAG)微晶玻璃。利用X射线衍射仪、X射线光电子能谱仪、场发射扫描电子显微镜、荧光光度计等方法对微晶玻璃的晶相、所掺杂Ce的价态、微观形貌以及光谱性能进行了研究。结果表明:热处理温度达到1380℃时可以得到纯的YAG晶相,并且所掺杂Ce的价态绝大部分为Ce^(3+);该微晶玻璃在466nm的特征激发峰预示着它能够被蓝光有效激发;在蓝光激发下,该微晶玻璃在480~650nm产生有效发射,发射光谱中心波长为531nm;当CeO_2的掺杂摩尔分数为0.75%时,该微晶玻璃具有较好的发光强度,其平均荧光寿命为58.99ns。Ce:Y_3Al_5O_(12)(Ce:YAG) glass ceramics used in white-LED were prepared by a route of Ce doped in Y_2O_3-Al_2O_3-SiO_2-Li_2O -K_2O-Na_2O glass matrix at different heat treatment temperatures.The crystalline phase structure,Ce-doped valence states,morphology, and photoluminescence properties of the glass ceramics were investigated by X-ray diffractometer,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,Field-emission scanning electron microscopy and photoluminescence.The results show that the pure YAG phase structure can be obtained at 1 380℃,and Ce-doped valence states are mostly Ce^(3+) in the glass ceramics.The characteristic excitation peak located at 466 nm of the Ce:YAG glass ceramics indicated that the glass-ceramics could be effectively excited by blue light.Furthermore, a broad emission band center located at 531 nm was observed from 480 to 650 nm using blue light excitation,and the emission intensity of the glass-ceramics was better when mole fraction of CeO_2 in the glass-ceramics was 0.75%,and the average lifetime of the glass-ceramics was 58.99 ns.
