摘 要:以城市垃圾焚烧飞灰为主要原料,在实验室电炉里成功烧成了硫铝酸盐水泥熟料。分析了焚烧飞灰掺量、碱度对熟料烧成的影响,研究了烧成熟料的形貌、化学组成,以及掺加一定量的无水石膏配制的硫铝酸盐水泥物理性能及其水化放热特征。结果表明:以焚烧飞灰为主要原料可以煅烧得到理想的硫铝酸盐水泥熟料;生料配比中焚烧飞灰掺量不宜超过30%,所采用率值应控制为碱度C_m=1.00~1.05、铝硫比P=2.5和铝硅比n=3。无水石膏掺量可根据实际需要,在5%~10%(质量分数)范围内进行调节,均能配制出物理性能优异的水泥。利用焚烧飞灰煅烧的硫铝酸盐水泥水化放热曲线与以普通原料煅烧的水泥之间存在较大差异。Municipal solid waste incineration(MSWI) fly ash was used as a raw material for calcining experiments of sulphoaluminate cement clinker in lab-scale.The effects of MSWI fly ash and alkalinity modulus on the formation of phases in the clinker were investigated.The morphology of the fired clinker was determined.The effect of gypsum on the mechanical properties of prepared cement and its characteristics of hydration heat evolution was analyzed.The results show that the desirable sulphoaluminate cement clinker can be fired by controlling the compositional parameters like alkalinity modulus(C_m) as 1.00-1.05,alumina-sulfur ratio P= 2.5,and alumina-silica ratio n = 3,and the addition of MSWI fly ash into the raw mixture should not be greater than 30%.A sulphoaluminate cement can be prepared by adding the excessive amount of 5%-10%(mass fraction) gypsum to the clinkers.There existes a hydration heat evolution difference between sulphoaluminate cement prepared with MSWI fly ash and the common raw mixes.
