四川阿坝大骨节病病区粮食和低蛋白低硒对大鼠干骺端发育影响的组织学观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨四川阿坝大骨节病病区粮食和低蛋白低硒对大鼠干骺端发育的影响以及尝试得到大骨节病病因研究的启示。[方法]24只Wistar大鼠随机分为三组,A组:普通饲料组;B组:低蛋白低硒饲料组;C组:四川阿坝大骨节病病区粮食饲料组。于第4周取材,取左膝关节为标本。行冠状面切片HE染色。对干骺端行骨组织计量学观察,观察指标有平均骨小梁数量(MTPD),平均骨小梁厚度(MTPT),平均骨小梁间距(MTPS),平均初级骨小梁厚度(MPTPT)。[结果]C组大鼠干骺端骨小梁稀疏,短小,排列紊乱,初级骨小梁厚度明显减少。B组大鼠干骺端骨小梁也出现稀疏,短小,排列紊乱,初级骨小梁厚度减少的现象但不如C组大鼠明显。[结论]低蛋白低硒饲料和大骨节病区粮食喂养组大鼠干骺端发育均有异常,但低蛋白低硒饲料喂养组无大骨节病区粮食喂养组重。这些异常是否为大骨节早期组织学改变以及与大骨节病发生发展的关系有待进一步研究。[Objective]To explore the impact of Sichuan Kashin-beck disease（KBD） affected diet and low protein low seleium food on the rat metaphysis development,and try to found out the idea of KBD＇s etiopathogenisis studies. [Methods]Twenty-four Wistar rats were divided randomly into three groups.Group A was fed with a normal diet as control,group B was fed with low protein low selenium food,group C was fed with KBD-affected diet.On the forth week,The left knee specimens were collected,stained by hematoxylin and eosin.The observed indicators were mean trabecular plate density（MTPD）,mean trabecular plate thickness（MTPT）,mean trabecular plate separation（MTPS）,mean primary trabecular plate thickness（MPTPT）.[Results]metaphysis trabecular in group C was sparse,short,disorganized,and primary trabecular plate thickness decreased significantly.However,primary trabecular plate in group B was better than in group C.[Conclusion]The rats fed with KBD-affected diet and low protein low selenium food had abnormal development of metaphysis.But the ones fed with KBD-affected diet was even more serious.Further study is needed to determine the relationship between these changes and the early histological changes and development of KBD.
