长三角地区村镇集中建房设计问题及对策研究

摘　　要：通过对长三角地区村镇集中建房的社区现状和居住实态调查,分析了村镇集中建房在新农村建设大背景下的必要性及其存在的诸多问题;提出在总体设计、建筑设计以及配套基础设施等方面适应村镇集中建房的对策和措施,并对未来的发展作了展望和预测。By the investigation of the current state of community and the live state of residence in townships of Yangtze River Delta where the centralized construction of housing are carried on, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis around the necessity and problems of centralized construction of housing. It proposes some corresponding tactics and measures in aspects of overall design, architecture design and supporting infrastructure facilities, and makes prospect and prediction on future development.
