易感地带老年人血防教育现状的人口学分析

摘　　要：目的了解易感地带的老年人血防健康教育的现状,为以后做好相关研究活动提供依据。方法随机对62位老人的血防知识、血防态度、血防相关性行为进行问卷调查,对所得数据进行统计学分析。结果易感地带老人血防教育现状总体上不容乐观,区域性差异显著(P<0.05),具有明显的人口学特征:①血防知识的知晓率在性别和年龄方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但文化水平和职业上差异显著(P<0.05);②血防态度正确率与年龄、职业、文化程度相关性强(P<0.05);③血防相关性行为差异与性别、年龄、文化、职业关系密切(P<0.05)。结论目前国内关于老年人血防健康教育的研究较少。因此,在借鉴国外研究的同时应该考虑现状,注意因材施教,合理、有效的开展教育干预活动。Objective To understand the status of health education on schistosomiasis in susceptible zone for elders and provide effective basis for the future study.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on knowledge,attitudes,related behavior about schistosomiasis of 68 elderly.Results Status of education on schistosomiasis of susceptible areas for the elderly in general was not optimistic,there was significant difference between regionals（P0.05）,demographic characteristics were also significantly different：（1） On schistosomiasis knowledge,different gender and age had not significances（P0.05）,but educational level and occupation had significances（P0.05）;（2） There were strong correlation between schistosomiasis attitude accuracy and age,occupation,education （P0.05）;（3）The relationship between schistosomiasis-related behavior and gender,age,occupation,education were close（P0.05）.Conclusions Currently research about health education on schistosomiasis for the elderly is still empty,while reference abroad study should be considered situation and paid attention to individualized,reasonable and effective education interventions.
