摘　　要：中国共产党无论是局部执政时期还是在全面执政之后,都非常重视自身建设问题。执政能力建设是中国共产党执政后的一项根本建设,是对党的执政经验的总结和建党思想的升华,它在维护党的执政合法性、保障自身建设、推动执政现代化等方面都体现出了巨大的意义。Whatever the partial ntling period or after comprehensive governance, the communist party of China pays more attention to the self-construction problem. The reigning ability construction is a fundamental construction when the communist party of China get leadership, and that is a summary for the Party＇ s reigning experience and sublimation of construction thought, that reflects the great signifieanee in maintaining the party＇ s ruling legitimacy,safeguarding the self - construction and promoting ruling modernization and so on.
