螺旋CT造影延迟扫描与图像后处理技术在肾盂输尿管畸形诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨双层螺旋CT造影延迟扫描和图像后处理技术在肾盂输尿管统畸形诊断中的应用。方法:静脉注射造影剂延迟30分钟后螺旋扫描,将得到的数据用图像工作站后处理软件MPR、CPR、MIP和VR等重建方法得到泌尿系统排泄期完整的各种图像。结果:全部病例共22例。其中双侧重复肾盂、输尿管1例;单侧完全重复肾盂输尿管7例;单侧部分重复肾盂输尿管5例;单侧输尿管扩张、迂曲、反折5例;双侧输尿管扩张、迂曲反折4例。造影成像显示良好19例,一般2例,欠佳1例。结论:双层螺旋CT造影延迟扫描和图像后处理技术对泌尿系统畸形诊断是一种图像质量高、安全可靠、方便快捷、无创伤的检查技术;患者无不适和痛苦感,能很好显示泌尿系统畸形、变异的多维立体结构图像并对病变做出诊断,为临床制定治疗方案提供可靠的影像学依据。Objective：Exploring the application of double spiral CT angiography delayed scanning and image postprocessing technology in the diagnosis of renal pelvis and ureteral deformity.Methods：Intravenous contrast,30 minutes later, using the helical scanning,you would get the data which was processed by image workstation post-processing software such as MPR,CPR,MIP and VR.These reconstruction metheds got you the completely various of image of urinary system excretion.Results;There were 22 cases toghter,among which bilateral renal pelvis and ureter were repeated,1 case;unilateral renal pelvis and ureter were completely repeated,7 cases;unilateral renal pelvis and ureter were partly repeated,5 cases; unilateral ureter was expansion,circuity and reflexed,5 cases;bilateral ureter was expansion,circuity and reflexed,4 cases.Image which showed well was 19 cases,poorly,1 case,and the other 2 cases were common.Conclusion：Double spiral CT delayed scanning and image post-processing technology for urinary system deformity diagnosis is a kind of high-quality image,safe and reliable,fast and convenient,no wound techniques.Patients feel no pain and no discomfort.It can be well display the multi-dimensional structure of images of the urinary system deformity and variation,and makes a diagnosis. It also can provide reliable radiographic evidence for formulating clinical treatment.
