摘  要:转杯纺纱技术作为一种新型纺纱技术已较为成熟,但传统的转杯纺控制技术由于采用单片机通信控制各单锭纺纱器来完成动作,存在设备故障率高、通信易受干扰等缺点。同时传统转杯纺设备因为采用机械凸轮模式控制纱锭防叠,成本和故障率居高不下。应用台达提供的工控产品链,为基于PLC和变频器的转杯纺控制系统提供了一套可行且可靠的方案。运行实践表明,该系统运行稳定、性价比高,受到广大用户的认可。As a new spinning technology, rotor spinning technique is already quite mature, hut the traditional rotor spinning control technology has the disadvantages of high equipment failure rate and more communication interference, etc. due to the use of single chip mierocontroller to control the motion of each single-spindle spinning apparatus. Meanwhile, the traditional rotor spinning e quipment also with higher cost and failure rate because it uses mechanical cam mode to control spindle for preventing overlap. The application of the industrial control products chain supplied by Delta provides a feasible and reliable solution for rotor spinning control system based on PLC and frequency converter. The operational practice shows that the system is of running stable, higher ratio of function and price; it has been recognized by numerous users.
