摘　　要：台达PLC具有功能强大、操作简单、可靠性强等特点，使其应用几乎覆盖了所有工业控制领域。为了能远程地实时监视设备运行状态和报警信息，可以用PLC加装GPRS智能无线数传设备（DTU）的方式来实现对PLC的远程监控。本文介绍了使用互联网服务器通过无线方式对客户现场木工机械设备的PLC系统进行远程控制的方案，不受距离和组网的限制。Delta PLC can be used in almost all kinds of industry control fields due to its characteristics of powerful function, simplicity of operation and high reliability. In order to be able to remotely monitor the equipments running status and the alarm information in real-time, the way to combine the PLC with the GPRS intelligent wireless data transmission unit （DTU） can be used to realize the remote monitoring for the PLC. This paper introduces a scheme in which the PLC system of the woodworking machinery equipments in the customer site is remotely controlled by using Internet server wirelessly without the limitations of distance and networking.
