摘　　要：对旅游投资软环境评价因子进行了设计,采取问卷调查法对六家在张家界有代表性的旅游投资公司进行调查,通过SPSS17.0软件分析,结果表明,总体上看张家界市旅游投资软环境还不令人满意,张家界市政府应急需重视市场环境的建设,继续加强政策法规环境的建设,持续加强对政务环境的建设,重视社会人文环境的后续建设。This article designs some evaluation factors of soft environment for tourism investment,and investigates six representational tourism investment enterprises in Zhangjiajie by conducting a questionnaire survey for those.By SPSS 17.0 software analysis,the result of it,as a whole,is still unsatisfactory,so the municipal government should pay urgent attention to the construction of market environment,strengthen the construction of the policy and regulatory environment,continue to reinforce the construction of administrative environment,and emphasize much of the follow-up construction of social and humanity environment.
