摘 要:给出了一个多媒体空间数据模型,采用面向对象的技术将多媒体数据与空间数据有机地集成一体,具有数据管理方便和数据操作高效的特点。This paper presents an object oriented multimedia spatial data model (OOMSDM) and skillfully integrates the multimedia data with the spatial data using object oriented technology. Multimedia spatial data are collection of GPS data, RS data, GIS data, video, sound and other attribute data that are represented to as numerical value, text, graph, image and sound. With OOMSDM, each spatial entity is referred to a spatial object. Each object has a unique identifier to identify the object, and includes related attributes, vecter data, image data, animation, sound and so on. All of data are organized on mainframe of spatial objects in the model. The definition of all kinds of data have been represented in this paper. Based on the model, the authors have also developed a prototype of multimedia spatial database system. It’s advantage is easy for data management and efficiently for data operation.
