摘　　要：大学生综合素质测评体系是高等院校学生综合素质教育工作中的一个重要内容。本文首先分析当前大学生综合素质测评的现状和困境,并探析综合素质测评方式的一些新想法,提出运用网络对大学生综合素质进行测评的基本思路、操作范式和制度设计,构建大学生综合素质网络测评体系。Comprehensive Quality Assessment System for Students is a comprehensive quality university students in education an important part.This paper analyzes the current status of university students and Comprehensive Quality Assessment of the plight and the way of comprehensive quality assessment of some new ideas,make use of the network to conduct evaluation on the overall quality of students the basic ideas,operating model and system design,build networks college student evaluation system.
