摘　　要：心理健康教育是运用心理学、教育学等原理与方法,对大学生进行心理健康方面的知识教育、咨询教育和行为训练。当前,大学生心理问题不断出现,直接影响学生正常的学习和生活。本文分析了大学生常见的心理问题,剖析了大学生心理健康问题的原因,并提出大学生心理问题的防治对策。Mental health education is the way to train and teach students how to keep mental health by using psychics and pedagogy. The mental health problems of college students became a big problem recently,which influence the normal study and livelihood. This article analyses some mental health problems and reasons,then authors put some countermeasure forward to solve this problems.
