摘　　要：毛泽东同志把马克思列宁主义同中国的具体实践相结合,引导中国这样一个东方的落后大国,经过新民主主义革命走上了社会主义道路,是他最重要的贡献。在其社会主义改造理论中,对民族工商业的改造政策及其效果的研究,是一个重点,全面了解此方面的历史,不仅对进一步完善毛泽东思想理论体系有促进作用,对我们今天的社会主义建设也不无裨益。Connecting Marxism-leninism With China＇s concrete practice to guide China which is such a big but backward oriental country to a socialist road after new-democratic revolution is MAO Zedong ＇s most important contribution. In his socialist transformation theory,his policy and effect research to the reconstruction of National industry and commerce is a key point,a comprehensive understanding to the history of that period of not only helpful to further perfect MAO zedong thought theory system,but also to current ＇s socialism construction.
