摘 要:针对 C B 油田多目标、小靶区、大斜度定向井的特点,从定向井剖面类型、造斜点的选择、方位提前角的确定、井眼轨迹控制技术、防碰绕障技术等方面的具体措施和工艺要求入手,详细描述其操作要领和施工步骤。认为:确定合适方位提前角是方位控制的关键;而双增双稳剖面定向井,控制好第一稳斜段井斜变化和第二增斜段钻进前调整方位,对准确命中多目标、小靶区很重要;钻头处使用外径215 双母螺旋稳定器的增斜钻具组合,可明显提高增斜率;简化钻具组合,减少钻铤数量,增加加重钻杆数量,使用螺旋钻铤并在钻井液中加足润滑剂,可减少摩阻及扭矩。该工艺技术对其他复杂小断块油田的开发有一定的指导意义。According to the characteristics of high angle directional wells with multi target and small size targets,after analyzing the well profiles,selection of KOP,determination of azimuth advance angle,well path control and well path anti collision and detouring techniques,the key points and operation procedures have been discussed in detail.And the paper makes sure that determining the suitable azimuth advance angle is the key to control azimuth.For the directional profile of double build double hold,it is very critical to hit the multi target and small size target after controling inclination change in the first hold section and rectifying the azimuth before drilling the second building section.Besides,when building BHA with 215 double spiral stablizer next to bit is used,the building angle rate increase obviously.In the same time,simplifying BHA,decreasing the number of drill collar,adding the number of HWDP,using spiral collar and injecting lubricant can decrease the torqure and friction drag.This technology is also useful for other small block complex oilfield.
