引进连续油管验收及在四川应用前景

摘　　要：四川从美国引进了两套先进的连续油管设备，一套３２ ，工作井深５ ０００ ｍ ；一套３８ ，工作井深３ ２００ ｍ 。在川东铁山５ 井现场验收过程中，通过冲洗、钻磨等作业，解决了该井长期以来由于射孔等原因造成的油管内堵塞，使一井两层分采新工艺得以实现。不同管径、不同工作井深的连续油管的引进，使川东、川中以及其它一些老井在不压井的情况下进行修井作业变成可能，大大地缩短了施工周期，也节约了生产成本。Two sets of advanced coiled tubing are imported from U.S.A by SPA.One is 32 coiled tubing,with working depth of 5 000 m.The other is 38 coiled tubing,with working depth of 3 200 m. During field acceptance in well Tieshan 5 of east Sichuan,tubing plugging problems caused by perforation are solved by flushing and drilling.Imported coiled tubings of different pipe diameters and operating depthes can conduct workover treatment under snubbing conditions in east,central Sichuan or on other old wells.They will largely shorten construction period and reduce production cost.
