平性药桃仁双向适用药性特征的研究

摘　　要：目的:通过观察平性药桃仁对瘀热互结证和寒凝血瘀证模型大鼠中医表征及血液流变学指标的影响,初步探讨平性药桃仁的药性特征。方法:采用注射酵母菌及角叉菜胶的方法制备瘀热互结证大鼠模型,冰柜连续冷冻法复制寒凝血瘀证大鼠模型;用平性药桃仁进行干预,同时以寒性药益母草、温性药川芎为对照药,观察各组大鼠中医表征及血液流变学指标的变化。结果:对瘀热互结证大鼠模型的影响:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠出现明显的"瘀热"表征,全血粘度、红细胞压积、红细胞电泳时间、卡松屈服应力等指标明显升高,红细胞变形指数明显降低;与模型组比较,桃仁和益母草能明显改善模型大鼠的"瘀热"表征,以及血液流变学各项指标,川芎对上述表征和血液流变学指标没有明显的改善作用。对寒凝血瘀证大鼠模型的影响:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠出现明显的"寒瘀"表征;全血粘度、红细胞压积、血沉方程K值、红细胞电泳时间、卡松曲服应力等指标明显升高。与模型组比较,桃仁和川芎能明显改善寒凝血瘀证大鼠的"寒瘀"表征,改善血液流变学各项指标,益母草对上述表征和血液流变学指标没有明显的改善作用。结论:作用于瘀热互结证,平性药桃仁表现出类似寒性药益母草的作用特征;作用于寒凝血瘀证,平性药桃仁表现出类似温性药川芎的作用特征,初步证明了平性药桃仁双向适用的药性特征。Objective： To investigate the characteristics of the neutral property Chinese drugs,by observing the influence of Peach kernel on the indicators in model rats respectively with blood stasis and heat accumulation syndrome,and with blood stasis and cold coagulation syndrome.Methods： The rat models with blood stasis and heat accumulation syndrome were developed by injecting yeast in combination with carrageenan,the rat models with blood stasis and cold coagulation syndrome were developed by the way of continuous freezer freezingand,given Peach Kernel with neutral property,rizome of Chuanxiong Ligusticum with hot property,radix paeoniae rubra with cool property,and physical signs in rats and blood rheology parameters were observed.Results： The effect to the model rats with blood stasis and heat accumulation syndrome：compared with the normal group,the rats of model group showed obvious signs of blood stasis and hot syndromes,the indicators of blood rheology parameters（parameters of blood viscosity,hematokrit,erythrocytes electrophoresis time,casson yield stress）were higher,erythrocyte deformation index were lower.Compared with the model group,Peach kernel and radix paeoniae rubra can significantly improve the stasis symptoms and the indicators of blood rheology parameters of model rats.However,rizome of Chuanxiong Ligusticum did not have the improved action.The effect to the model rats with blood stasis and cold coagulation syndrome： compared with the normal group,the rats of model group showed obvious signs of blood stasis and cold syndromes,the indicators of blood rheology parameters（parameters of blood viscosity,hematokrit,erythrocytes electrophoresis time,casson yield stress）were higher.Compared with the model group,Peach kernel and rizome of Chuanxiong Ligusticum can significantly improve the stasis symptoms and the indicators of blood rheology parameters of model rats.However,radix paeoniae rubra did not have the improved action.Conlusion： In rat models with blood stasis and heat accumulation
