摘　　要：目的:观察佛甲草提取液(SLT)对四氯化碳(CCl4)诱导的大鼠肝纤维化形成的影响。方法:SD雄性大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、秋水仙碱(Col,0.1mg/kg)、SLT低剂量组(SLT,4g/kg)、SLT高剂量组(8g/kg)。采用50%的CCl4花生油溶液灌服制备大鼠肝纤维化模型,期间灌服SLT(4,8g/kg)、Col(0.1mg/kg)进行干预,正常组和模型组灌服等体积生理盐水,连续9周。检测大鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)活性,透明质酸(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、Ⅳ型胶原(CⅣ)、一氧化氮(NO)含量以及抗超氧阴离子自由基(O2.-)活力;取固定部位肝组织做病理组织学检查,光镜下观察肝细胞结构和肝纤维化程度。结果:SLT预防给药能明显降低CCl4诱导肝纤维化大鼠血清ALT、AST活性和HA、LN、PCⅢ、CⅣ含量,升高NO含量及增强抗O2.-活力;病理组织学检查结果显示SLT组肝细胞结构明显改善,肝纤维化程度减轻。结论:SLT预防给药可抑制CCl4诱导的大鼠肝纤维化形成。Objective ： To observe the anti-fibrosis effect of Sedum lineare Thunb（SLT）on rats hepatic fibrosis induced by CCl 4.Methods ： Male SD rats were randomly devided into normal group,model group,colchicine group（Col,0.1mg/kg）,low SLT group（SLT,4g/kg） and high SLT group（SLT,8g/kg）.The models of hepatic fibrosis were induced by 50% peanut oil solution of carbon tetrachloride.SLT were given 4g/kg in low SLT group,8g/kg in high SLT group and 0.1mg/kg in control group for 9 weeks before sacrificed.The models of hepatic fibrosis were induced by CCl 4.Liver function（ALT,AST） and The serum scavenging activity for superoxide anion radicals and serum hepatic fibrosis markers levels（HA,LN,PCⅢ,CⅣ,NO）and the histopathology of the rats liver were detected in these groups.Results： Liver function was much deteriorated,the level of serum ALT,AST and serum levels of HA,LN,PCⅢ,CⅣ,NO were increased in model group.the hepatic fibrosis rats models were successfully made.SLT decreased the levels of serum ALT,AST,HA,LN,PCⅢ,CⅣ and improved histological changes of hepatic fibrosis significantly.Conclusion： SLT can protect the hepatic function in rats and significantly reduces hepatic fibrosis induced by CCl 4.
