摘  要:目的探讨微粒体环氧化物水解酶(EPHX)基因Tyr113His多态性与安徽妇女多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)相关性的研究。方法采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术检测636例PCOS患者和299例健康对照者EPHX基因Tyr113His的基因型以及等位基因频率的分布。结果 EPHX基因Tyr113His在PCOS组与对照组EPHX的基因型分布比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.428,df=2,P=0.297),单点等位基因在两组中的分布差异也无统计学意义(χ2=3.069,df=2,P=0.216)。但在肥胖和非肥胖的PCOS患者中进行基因型分布的比较时发现Tyr113His在两组中的基因型分布差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.410,df=2,P=0.025)。结论 EPHX基因Tyr113His多态性不是P-COS发病的风险因子;但携带有低酶活性基因型His113His的PCOS患者其肥胖的发生率可能增加。Objective To investigate the relationship between the microsomal epoxide hydrolase(EPHX)gene Tyr113His polymorphism and polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) in Anhui region.Methods Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) was proformed to detect the distribution of Tyr113His genotype and allele frequency in EPHX from 636 PCOS patients and 299 healthy controls.Results There was no significant difference in genotype distributions of Tyr113His in EPHX gene between two groups(χ^2=2.428,df=2,P=0.297),no significant difference was found in the distribution of single point allele between two groups(χ^2=3.069,df=2,P=0.216).However,we found the statistical difference(χ^2=7.410,df=2,P=0.025) in comparison of genetype distribution between two groups when subdevided the PCOS patients into two groups:non-and obase.Conclusion The variant genotypes of Tyr113His polymorphism in EPHX is not a risk factor for PCOS,but the PCOS patients with low activity of His113His may enhance the incidence of obase for the individuals with PCOS.
