血必净注射液对急性百草枯中毒的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨血必净注射液对急性百草枯中毒临床救治效果的影响。方法回顾性分析65例急性百草枯中毒患者临床资料,并根据血必净使用情况将患者分为两组:常规治疗组和血必净治疗组,分别比较两组肺纤维化、多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)发生率以及死亡率之间的差异。结果与常规治疗组相比,血必净治疗组发生肺纤维化比例明显减少,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。发生多脏器功能不全综合征人数较常规治疗组少,但两组差异无显著性。常规治疗组发生多脏器功能衰竭(MOF)的比例为10/30,血必净治疗组为6/35,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常规治疗组死亡人数9例,死亡率30.0%,血必净治疗组死亡人数6例,死亡率17.1%,较常规治疗组死亡率低,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血必净注射液治疗急性百草枯中毒(APP)能降低死亡率,以及肺纤维化、MOF的发生率。加用血必净治疗能起到保护重要脏器、改善预后、降低死亡率的目的,是临床有效救治APP的方法之一。Objective To analysis the protective effect of Xuebijing on acute paraquat poisoning.Methods Retrospective analysis of 65 patients with clinical data of patients with acute paraquat poisoning（APP）,and according to Xuebijing the patients were divided into two groups： the conventional treatment group and Xuebijing treatment group,compared with two groups of pulmonary fibrosis multiple organ dysfunction syndrome（MODS） incidence and mortality.Results Compared with the conventional treatment group,pulmonary fibrosis occurred in Xuebijing treatment group significantly reduced（P〈0.05）.MODS occured less,compared with conventional treatment group,but there was no significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conventional treatment group had multiple organ failure（MOF） ratio of 10/30（33.3%）,Xuebijing group was 6/35（17.1%）,and these was significantly different（P〈0.05）.Conventional therapy group 9 cases dead,mortality rate was 30.0%.Xuebijing the treatment group 6 cases mortality rate was 17.1%,but there was dead significantly different（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Xuebijing injection treatment of APP can reduce mortality,lung fibrosis,MOF incidence protect vital organs and improve prognosis and reduce mortality.It is clinically effective treatment of APP methods.
