摘 要:目的:探讨孕妇血清和胎盘Fas/FasL系统的表达与胎儿宫内生长发育的关系。方法:35例胎儿生长受限(fetal growth restriction,FGR)患者,采用ELISA方法测定血清sFas和sFasL水平,采用Western blotting检测胎盘Fas和FasL的蛋白含量,并以45例正常孕妇为对照。结果:FGR组与对照组血清sFas水平分别为3.63±0.29 mg/L和1.17±0.53 mg/L,FGR组高于对照组(P<0.05)。FGR组胎盘组织FasL含量(0.341±0.371)与正常组(0.917±0.15)比较显著下降(P<0.05),并且FasL含量与胎盘相对重量和新生儿体质量呈显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.791和0.638。结论:FGR患者血清sFas水平升高,胎盘组织FasL下降与胎盘相对重量及新生儿体质量相关,提示母-胎界面免疫耐受异常亦可能是胎儿生长受限发病机制中的重要因素之一。Objective: To study the relationship between the expression of Fas/FasL system and fetal growth development.Methods: The samples of serum development and placenta were collected from 35 patients with fetal growth restriction(FGR) and 45 healthy pregnant women(the control).The expression of Fas and FasL in placenta was detected with Western blotting and the concentration of soluble Fas and FasL in serum was detected with ELISA method.Results: Serum level of soluble Fas in FGR group(3.63±0.29 mg/L) was significantly higher than that in the control(1.17±0.53 mg/L)(P0.05).The expression of FasL in placenta was decreased in FGR group(0.341±0.371 vs 0.917±0.15 in healthy pregnant women,P0.05).Conclusion: The elevated serum soluble Fas and the decreased expression of FasL in placenta are closely associated with FGR,which may play an important role in the pathogenesis of the disease.
