摘  要:水泥浆失重所造成的油、气、水窜问题,是提高固井质量、保护油气层急待解决的重要课题。现有的预测和防止水泥浆气窜的方法虽然很多,但应用于现场却有一定困难。主要表现在高温、高压下,水泥浆的胶凝特性及滤失规律难以测定,牵涉的因素也较多,从而限制了水泥浆性能系数法及综合因子法的实际使用。在分析国内外预测和防止气窜方法的基础上,重点剖析和简化了综合因子法。根据现场资料统计和水泥浆稠化与凝结过程阻力变化的同步概念,提出了水泥浆稠度阻力系数 A 值预测和防止环空气窜的方法。The problem of oil,gas and water channeling caused by cement slurry weightlessness is an urgently to be solved task for improving well cementing quality and protecting oil and gas reservoirs.Although there are many methods now available for forecasting and preventing gas channeling of cement slurry,there is a certain difficulty for their application on well site.The main manifestation is that at high temperature and high pressure,the gelling property and filtration law of the cement slurry are difficult to be determined,many factors being involved,thus,the practical use of SRN and CCGM methods are restricted.On the basis of analyzing the domestic and foreign methods for forecasting and preventing gas channeling,the CCGM has been emphatically analyzed and simplified.According to the in situ data statistics and the synchronous concept of the resistance change in the process of cement slurry thickening and solidifying,the methods for forecasting the Value A of cement slurry consistency resistance coefficient and for preventing annular space gas channeling are proposed.
