摘 要:随着天然气的大量开采,天然气市场供需双方对计量准确度要求越来越高,输气系统的输差问题就越发突出起来。目前国内天然气市场以供方计量为准,由于诸多因素的影响,供需双方交接差较大,不能反映实际值,常引起计量纠纷。为此从误差理论出发,以输气干线系统为研究对象,较深入的分析了输差问题产生的原因以及减少输气干线输差的措施和方法,并以标准孔板流量计的误差为基础,对四川输气干线的输差进行了计算,提出了允许误差的大致范围。In pace with a mass production of natural gas,requirements of both suppliers and demanders for gas measurement accuracy in gas market are higher and higher and the measurement shortage problem in gas transmission system is outstanding all the more.In Chinese natural gas market,gas measurement is made by supplier at present and the custody transfer metering difference between supply and demand is relatively great due to the influence of many factors,which can not represent real value and often causes a measurement dispute.In this paper,starting from error theory and taking main gas line system as the object of study,the reasons causing gas measurement shortage and the measures and methods for reducing the gas measurement shortage in main gas line are analyzed in quite a deepgoing way.Based on the error of standard orifice flowmeter,the measurement shortage in the main gas line in Sichuan is calculated and a rough limit of allowable errors is proposed.
