摘 要:采用NM、MS2种浸水酶对蓝湿革的回水过程进行了研究。试验中通过测定皮块增重率和增厚率、溶液pH值、脱铬量的变化及光学显微结构的分析,探讨了酶对蓝湿革浸水的影响。结果表明:酶助浸水可显著提高充水速率,NM酶主要作用于胶原分子链极性区域,由于极性基团的充水作用使皮块增厚;MS酶主要作用于胶原分子链的非极性区域,因纤维间隙的增大使皮块厚度增加。酶助浸水有一定的脱铬作用,胶原水解与脱铬量相关,胶原水解越重,脱铬量越大。Rewetting of wet blue by NM emyzes and MS emyzes was studied. The changes of the weight gain rate and thickening of wet-blue,the pH value of the solution,the amount of dechroming and the microstructure of the treated wet blue were studied to analyze the influence of rewetting with enzymes. The results show that rewetting with enzymes could improve the rate of wet back. NM enzyme mainly acts on the polar groups of side chain of the collagenic carboxylic group and advances absorbing water because of the high-hydrophilic property of the polar groups. MS enzyme mainly acts on the non-polar groups of side chain of the collagenic carboxylic group and the wet blue gains weight due to the increase of the clearance of fibers. Rewetting with enzymy of wet blue has the dechroming effect,and the hydrolysis of collagen associates with quantity of dechroming,the more collagen hydrolysis,the greater quantity of dechroming.
