摘　　要：以电熔板状刚玉及莫来石为骨料,以白刚玉粉、-αA l2O3微粉及莫来石粉为细粉,研制了以硅溶胶为结合剂的刚玉-莫来石浇注料。该浇注料已成功应用于武钢铁厂风口处和烧结厂点火炉的炉顶及侧墙,有效地简化了干燥和烘烤工艺,缩短了炉衬的烘烤时间。Corundum-mullite castables has been developed with fused tabular alumina and mullite as aggregates,white corundum powder,α-Al2O3 micro powder,and mullite powder as fines,and silica sol as binder.The castables has been successfully applied in the tuyere of steel plant of Wuhan Iron and Steel Group Corporation as well as roof and side wall of ignition furnace of sintering plant of Wuhan Iron and Steel Group Corporation,simplifying the drying and baking process effectively,and shortening the baking time of the lining.
