摘 要:在普通干砂型条件下,采取和孕育剂一起加入的方式,向球墨铸铁中加入微量Sn、Sb合金元素的方法制备高强度球墨铸铁。通过多组试验,分析了Sn、Sb合金含量对球墨铸铁组织和性能的影响规律。Sn、Sb能够明显促进珠光体形成,细化珠光体片间距,同时增加石墨球数,提高球化率,从而提高球墨铸铁的力学性能。其中Sn含量为0.03wt%、Sb含量为0.012wt%的试样抗拉强度达到805 MPa,硬度达到290 HB,伸长率为4.6%。A high strength ductile cast iron was successfully developed by adding trace amount Sn and Sb to ductile cast iron with inoculant under ordinary dry sand mold. The effects of trace elements Sn and Sb on microstructure and properties of ductile cast iron were analyzed through multi group tests. The results indicate that the Sn and Sb elements can increase pearlite content, decrease peadite lamellar distance, and make the graphite spheroid smaller and rounder, so they can increase the mechanical properties. When Sn and Sb content are 0.03wt% and 0.012wt%, respectively, the various mechanical properties are as follows: tensile strength is 805 MPa, hardness is 290 HB, elongation is 4.6%.
