摘 要:采用药芯焊丝埋弧堆焊方法,在Q235钢基体上堆焊含铬和不含铬的Fe-C-V-B合金,借助光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪等手段,结合耐磨性和磨损形貌分析,研究了铬元素对其性能的影响。结果表明,一定的铬含量可以增强Fe-C-V-B堆焊合金的耐腐蚀性,提高硬质相颗粒和基体之间的结合强度,从而显著改善其在潮湿环境下的耐磨性。The hardfacing was used for depositing Fe-C-V-B alloy with and without Cr on Q235 steel. The effects of Cr on the properties of surfacing alloys were investigated by optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffractometer, together with the abrasion resistance evaluated by wear mass loss and the analysis of worn morphology. The experimental results show that the certain Cr content can significantly improve the abrasion resistance of Fe-C-V-B surfacing alloys, increase the bond strength between the hard phase grains and the matrix.
