Synergic Effects of Self and Background Rotation on Early Processing of Visual Cognitive:Evidence Based on Brain Event-related Potentials

摘  要:目的研究自身旋转与视觉背景旋转对视认知早期加工的协同影响。方法受试者为14名大学生。转椅10°/s旋转,利用模拟星空模式作为背景。背景旋转速度为30°/s,45°/s和60°/s,黑色背景作为对照。在自身和背景旋转同时作用下,受试者完成不反应、方位区分和方位区分心算3种任务。记录12导脑电。结果 1)3种认知任务中,45°/s旋转背景下后脑区P1,N1潜伏期显著缩短;2)多种情况下旋转背景P1,N1潜伏期长于黑色背景;3)方位区分、心算任务中随着背景转速的提高,前脑区N1波幅逐渐降低而后脑区N1波幅逐渐增高。结论 1)自身旋转与视觉背景旋转速度间所存在的交互作用在一定情况下共同促进视认知早期加工;2)匀速旋转过程中,视觉背景旋转加快视觉刺激感知的效应受到抑制;3)随着视景转速的提高,前额叶抗干扰能力减弱。Objective To investigate the synergic effects of self constant velocity rotation and background rotation in the early visual cognitive processing.Methods Fourteen university students participated in this experiment.Rotary chair rotated at 10°/s.The simulated starry sky was adopted to be visual background,rotation velocity of which was 30°/s,45°/s or 60°/s.The black background was used as control.Subjects were asked to perform 3 different tasks which included no-response task,direction switch response task and direction switch mental arithmetic task.Electroencephalogram(EEG) was recorded from 12 scalp sites.Results 1) P1 and N1 latencies of posterior brain area were significantly shortened under 45°/s rotating background in all kinds of cognitive task.2) In rotating background the P1 and N1 latencies were longer than that in black background in most cases.3) In the selective switch responses task and selective mental arithmetic task,the greater the speed of rotating background was,the shorter the N1 amplitude of anterior brain area and the higher the N1 amplitude of posterior brain area would be gradually.Conclusion 1) The synergic effect of self low-velocity rotation and background rotation facilitates the early visual cognitive processing in some conditions.2) In constant velocity rotation,the effect that under normal environment the rotating background speeds up the visual cognitive process is inhibited.3) As the speed of rotating backgrounds increases,the anti-interference ability of prefrontal lobe decreases.
