摘  要:通过对一种新型形变诱发马氏体时效不锈钢的显微组织与力学性能的研究,发现冷变形可诱发钢中的奥氏体发生马氏体相变,经时效处理后,可在提高强度的同时,仍保持一定的塑韧性。钢中δ铁素体在冷变形前后含量未发生变化。冷变形后钢的拉伸试样断口呈现分层特征,主要是由于基体中沿轧向长条状分布的δ铁素体,割裂了基体的连续性所致。Microstructure and mechanical properties of a new strain-induced maraging stainless steel were studied.It is found that the transformation from austenite to martensite in the steel is induced by cold rolling.Through further aging treatment,strength of the cold rolled steel is significantly increased,meanwhile the steel still maintaines a certain toughness.The amount of delta-ferrite in the steel is not changed before and after cold deformation.Fracture of tensile specimens after cold deformation shows lamination characteristic.It is suggested that the lamination phenomenon is associated with the matrix discontinuity caused by the stripe-like delta-ferrite distributed along the rolling direction.
