摘　　要：睡眠障碍性疾患如睡眠呼吸紊乱、失眠、睡眠运动障碍及异态睡眠在老年人中十分常见,避免延误诊疗的关键在于提高对其了解和认识。Sleep disorders, such as sleep disordered breathing,insomnia,sleep movement disorders and parasomnia are common in the elderly. The key to improve the diagnosis and treatment is to increase the awareness and recognition of these disorders.
