摘  要:心理安慰话语是对持有消极心理的个体进行心理安慰的语言,选择好的安慰话语能较快地消除他人的消极情绪,取得理想的效果。安慰话语作为一种言语行为,在命题内容、准备、本质与真诚四方面具有自身显著的特征与规则,根据这些特征与规则能确定哪些可做安慰话语,哪些是非安慰话语;安慰话语往往体现出"个体中心性"程度的差异,据此可将其分为低度个体中心性安慰话语、适度个体中心性安慰话语与高度个体中心性话语,这种划分有其对应的心理基础。高度个体中心性安慰话语是较理想的安慰话语,在不同的安慰阶段可以有效地使用此种话语。Comforting words is used to comfort others in negative psychological emotions, good comforting words can quickly help others get rid of negative psychological emotions and achieve the desired results. As a kind of speech act, comfort have its own characters and rules in term of propo- sitional content, preparation, nature and genuinity, by means of those rules we can classify comfort- ing words and non-comforting words. At the same time according to the standard of person centered- ness, comforting words can be divided into Low Person-Centered Message (LPC) , Moderate Person- Centered Message (MPC) and High Person-Centered Message (HPC), this division has its corre- sponding psychological basis. According to these analyses, we can conclude that High Person-Centered Messages (HPC) is ideal Comforting words, and that we should try to use them in the various stages.
