某北方城市郊区农村居民卫生习惯与肠道传染病关系的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨农村居民的卫生习惯与肠道传染病发病的关系。方法于2008年5—7月,按照分层随机抽样选取某北方城市郊区农村居住3年以上的常住居民18 420人,调查其卫生习惯及相关肠道传染病的情况,采用多因素非条件Logistic回归进行分析。结果多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,在控制文化程度的影响后,饮用生水可增加肠道传染病发生的危险性(OR=1.47,95%CI:1.18～1.83,P<0.01);便后洗手(OR=0.44,95%CI:0.33～0.58,P<0.01)、及时洗刷餐具(OR=0.61,95%CI:0.49～0.77,P<0.01)及洗刷餐具时使用洗涤剂(OR=0.72,95%CI:0.56～0.91,P<0.01)可降低肠道传染病发生的危险性。结论饮用生水是肠道传染病发生的危险因素;便后洗手、及时洗刷餐具、洗刷餐具时使用洗涤剂是肠道传染病发生的保护因素。Objective To explore the relationship between personal health habit-and intestinal infectious diseases of rural dwellers in Northern China. Methods During the period from May to July 2008, 18 420 individuals were recruited for the survey by stratified random sampling from rural dwellers in northern China. The Multivariate Logistic Regression was used to analyze the relationship between personal health habit and intestinal infectious diseases. Results Under the situation that related confounders were adjusted, drinking unboiled water was positively correlated with the intestinal infectious diseases （OR= 1.47,95% CI= 1.18 -1.83, P〈0.05）, increased the possibility of diseases, hand -washing after toileting （OR =0.44,95% CI= 0.33-0.58 ,P〈0.01）,tableware-washing timely（OR=0.61,95%CI=0.49-0.77 ,P〈0.01） and tableware-washing with detergent（OR= 0.72,95%CI=0.56-0.91,P〈0.01） were negatively correlated with intestinal infectious diseases,decreased the possibility of diseases. Conclusion The results provide a reasonable demonstration that drinking unboiled water is risk factor for intestinal infectious diseases, while hand-washing after toileting,tableware-washing timely and tableware-washing with detergent are protective factors.
