摘 要:选用160只四川白鹅仔鹅,随机分为4个处理,每处理4个重复,每重复10只(公母各半),分别饲喂基础日粮(对照),添加10%(T1)、20%(T2)和30%(T3)的苜蓿草粉日粮,研究苜蓿草粉对肉鹅生长性能及抗氧化和免疫功能的影响。结果表明,1)10%苜蓿草粉组体质量日平均增加量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05);20%苜蓿草粉组体质量日平均增加量和料重比均与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);30%苜蓿草粉组体质量日平均增加量与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),料重比显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2)20%苜蓿草粉组肝脏和肌肉中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);10%苜蓿草粉组胸肌SOD活性、肝脏MDA含量与对照组差异显著(P<0.05),其他各项指标与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);30%苜蓿草粉组胸肌SOD活性与对照组差异显著(P<0.05),其他各项指标与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。3)30%苜蓿草粉组胸腺指数、法氏囊指数、血清IgG含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);10%苜蓿草粉组各项指标与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);20%苜蓿草粉组胸腺指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其他各项指标与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明,在四川白鹅日粮中添加一定量的苜蓿草粉可以促进其生长,提高其抗氧化和免疫能力。Experiments conducted to determine the effects of alfalfa hay meal on growth performance, antioxidant and immune values of Sichuan white geese. A total of 160 geese were randomly assigned to four treatment groups by equal sex (four replicates per treatment with ten geese per replicate). Four diets, ineluding control feed (C), control feed plus 10% (T1), 20G (T2) and 30% (T3) of alfalfa hay meal, were fed to geese, respectively. Results of the study showed that 1) T1 significantly increased average daily gain of geese (P〈0.05) and decreased feed gain ratio (P〈0.05) ; there were no significant differences in aver age daily gain and feed gain ratio between T2 and control group (P〉0. 05); comparing with control group, average daily gain in T3 was no difference (P〈0.05), but feed gain ratio were significant higher (P〈0.05). 2) Comparing with the control, T2 significantly increased SOD and GSH-Px activity in liver and muscle of geese (P〈0.05), but markedly decreased MDA content (P〈0.05) ; there were significant differences in breast muscle SOD activity of T1 and T3 comparing with the control, and in liver MDA content of T1 (P〈0.05), and no differences in other antioxidant indices (P〉0.05). 3) T3 significantly in creased thymus index, bursa of fabricius index and serum IgG level (P〈0.05) comparing with the control; there were no significant differences in immune indices between T1 and the control (P〉0.05) ; thymus index of geese in T2 was significant higher than that in the control (P〈0.05), but other immune indices had no difference (P〉0.05). The findings suggested that the addition of appropriate level of alfalfa hay meal could improve growth performance, as well as antioxidant and immunity of Sichuan white geese.
